- All necessary electrical distribution for your event.
- Development of an ideal parking plan utilizing electrical distribution provided for the lowest cost.
- Your electrical distribution plan provided in an easy-to-follow map format.
- 24-hour professional phone support to make your event a success.
The cost of the rental is based on the amperage supplied to each unit. Freight charges are in addition to the rental cost. A certificate of insurance covering the equipment is required. There is no charge for Hollywood to review your parking plan and present an accurate cost for your event.
Generator costs vary across the country. We own generators, but the freight costs are too high to ship them around the country. We use a local generator provider to lower freight costs and provide local maintenance service. The key factors regarding cost for rental of generators are:
- Length of the event, one or two weeks including ingress and egress.
- Number of hours per day the generators are operated. This is termed single shift (8 hours), double shift (16 hours), or triple shift (24 hours.)
- Cost of fuel delivered once or twice a day.
- Size of the generator with regard to 10-, 15-, or 30-amp service.
- Distance the generators need to travel to the event (freight cost.)
Rates for generators are anywhere from $1,000 to $4,000 per generator based on the above factors. To be able to provide an accurate estimate for your needs call us with the dates, location, anticipated number of units, a proposed parking plan and what amperage (15-amp, or 30-amp) you want to provide and hours of operation. We can usually respond with a written estimate within five days. We also have a limited SYSTEM OF 50 amp, 240 volt OUTLETS.
